Real estate is a commodity that many depend on them for the difficult times in their investment strategies. The problem is that unlike stocks and bonds, real estate is not the most liquid asset is converted into cash when things get tough and money is needed immediately. When this is not possible, ensure that the property being offered and sold is the best value for money that is currently on the market.

Play to attributes of a particular property, and offering for sale of several properties at once (assuming that it has more than one). More importantly, they offer different types of properties, rather than a style of ownership. If you own a pair of houses, a couple of vacation homes, timeshare, and perhaps a corporate office building or two put each one on the market and see who sells more quickly.

Another thing that should be considered in a slow market is that you can connect an emotional value for the price of the property. This is simply bad business. No matter how much sweat, tears and blood came out properties, you must realize that as a business for you, so it is for the person making the offer. You can not afford to run potential bidders by becoming insulting or feeling insulted by their bids. Make a counteroffer and see what happens rather than letting emotions rule the day. In a buyers market which bids are low.

There are many who make their living (as most investors are trying to do) by buying low and selling high. This means that insultingly low offer the first time to see if the vendor.
